With the iPhone 6 rapidly approaching, there is a lot of speculation about what kind of technology is going to be included. In particular, the A8 chip that they are using will bring a large technological boost that promises a powerful phone that is capable of keeping up with a lot of the competition.

At launch, the iPhone 6 will have a 50% boost in CPU power thanks to a combination of features that are going to be included in the A8 chip. There will also be a 100% increase in graphics performance. This means that it will be an incredibly powerful piece of machinery, especially considering that Apple has traditionally done more with less when it comes to the specs for individual devices.

That is coming thanks to the 4 megabytes of systemwide cache memory, a PowerVR Series 6XT GPU, and a dual core processor that is promising to be as effective as many other manufacturer’s quad core processors. While many other companies might be using something even more powerful, Apple has already talked about a number of other features that are set to make this their most powerful device. yet.

We still don’t know anything else about the next iPhone, other than the Metal API technology that is going to be used. That alone could promise a great improvement, but the entire hardware package is promising a great, full featured phone. Not to mention the fact that it is the most secure phone on the market once it is released.
