The speculation about the potential release of the iWatch in this year has been intensified even more, as a new report states that Apple is planning to arrange a special event to introduce the specific smartwatch in October.

The report has been published by Re/code, stating that the information has been provided by sources close to Apple. The news agency also states that the iWatch is going to be equipped with outstanding features and apps, including HealthKit, that were shown at this week’s WWDC.

In the previous, it was reported that the iWatch and the iPhone 6 are going to be released in September. However, the release date can be changed, as Apple might be planning to add more advanced features in the device to make it more competitive in the global wearable market.

Though things can change at any time, right at this moment, October is considered as the most appropriate month to get the iWatch released.
