The Apple CEO Hopeful about an Extended Relationship with the China Mobile Tim Cook hints about an extended partnership with the China Mobile

Ahead of Friday’s launch of the iPhone in the China Mobile stores, Tim Cook indicated about a deepened partnership with the Chinese company in the near future

On Tuesday, Tim Cook, the CEO of Apple, expressed his incredible optimism about the China Mobile deal, and indicated about an extended relationship with the world’s largest carrier.

According to the Wall Street Journal, Cook stated, “We’ve gotten to know each other…. Today is a beginning, and I think are lots more things our companies can do together in the future.”

Cook’s statement strongly indicates that the tech giant might set up such a deal with the China Mobile which goes beyond only the sale of smartphones in the specific region. However, the Apple CEO didn’t mention the details about the matter.

After waiting for a long time, Apple succeeded to set up the iPhone deal with the China Mobile in the last December. Earlier, the iPhones are being provided only by China Unicom and China Telecom stores in the particular country.

The iPhone deal has paved the way for a massive 760 million China Mobile customers grab one of the most famous smartphones of the present era, which might help Apple to get a massive boost in terms of generating sales.

The China Mobile is scheduled to begin providing iPhone 5C and 5S from 17th January.
