According to Reuters, the protesters of the anti-gentrification movement in San Francisco had obstructed an Apple bus on Friday, clearly showing that the people of that particular area are completely dissatisfied with the influence of tech industries raising the living cost.

Prior to the block of the Apple bus, the activists destroyed a shuttle operated by Google in Oakland.

The activists complain that the tech industries are paying a very high fee to the employees, consequently forces the inhabitants with low income to shift their living area.

A protester said, “We want the class, which is becoming the tech class, to listen to our voices, and listen to the voices of folks that are being displaced.”

The protesters brought a banner, displaying “Eviction Free San Francisco.” They also spread put posters titled “San Francisco: A Tale of Two Cities.”

However, Apple refuses to make any comment on the issue.
