According to CNET, the iTunes top 10 chart of 2013 for different categories has been revealed

Candy Crush is found to grab the top position in the free app download list for iPhone and iPad. The game also tops the download list of paid iPad apps. However, in case of paid apps for the iPhones, Minecraft has become the most downloaded app.

In addition to the list of the most downloaded apps, Apple has also revealed the top ranking of most downloaded or purchased song, movies, albums, books, TV shows and podcasts.

In case of the most downloaded songs, Justin Timberlake’s “20-20 Experience” has become the best. However, the most surprising fact is the invasion of Beyonce’s new album in the ranking and grabbing the second position.

In terms of the top selling song, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis takes the first position with “Thrift’s Shop.”

In other categories, “Skyfall” has been declared as the top selling movie of 2013, and “Breaking Bad” becomes the top selling TV show. Dan Brown’s “Inferno” tops the list of best selling books in fiction, while “Lean In”, written by Sheryl Sandberg, the COO of Facebook, has grabbed the first position in the ranking of the top selling nonfiction book.
