Google has announced that it has updated its Translate app for iPhone users. The app has been specifically updated and optimized for iOS 7 bringing a new look, support for handwriting, and support for over 70 languages.
The app allows users to type in text using the onscreen keyboard and have it translated into any supported language. The app can also read back the foreign-language so you can hear what the phrase sounds like. The update also allows for users to get the microphone button and speak normally and then have words translated to another language on the fly.
The support for handwriting allows users to draw natural handwriting in nearly 50 languages to be transcribed into another language. The updated app is available right now for iOS 7 users.
