Belkin has a bunch of hands-free devices and accessories available for the iPhone, including the new iPhone 5S. One of those accessories is the TuneBase Hands-Free Aux for the iPhone 5. This accessories designed to help you get audio from your phone into your car stereo system if you like Bluetooth connectivity in the car.

The device is available for $69.99 right now. Audio is output to your car stereo system using an attached 3.5 mm cable that plugs into the auxiliary port of your car. Once connected the device supports hands-free calling and music playback via your car stereo.

If you're listening to music and a call comes in the musical automatically fade out allowing you to receive the call. The device is designed to allow the screen of the phone is will horizontally and a DC adapter is built in to charge your phone on the go.
