The American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) reveals that Apple tops the ranking of customer satisfaction in the category of personal computer for the tenth consecutive year.
Mac Rumor reports that in the annual report, ACSI states that Apple tops the category with 87 points, whereas other big names, such as: HP and Dell, remains behind the tech titan at the 2nd and the 3rd position, with 80 and 79 points respectively.
In the last month, ACSI also declared the smartphone satisfaction ranking in the USA, which unveils that Samsung’s Galaxy S3 is topping the category, edging Apple’s iPhone 5.
Though Apple cannot capture the first position in the smartphone satisfaction ranking, the company seems to be quite happy with topping the customer satisfaction ranking in the category of personal computers. With its upcoming release of products and innovations, Apple is expected to further strengthen its position in the future rankings.
