GetGlue Entertainment App Updated in Time for Fall TV Premieres

If you're a fan of TV you'll be glad to hear that the GetGlue iPhone app has been updated just in time for all of the new shows debuting on fall TV this month. The application is a TV and streaming guide plus remote control for DirectTV subscribers. The application helps users find something to watch on TV right now on TV, in theaters, and streaming services.

The guide covers on-demand content, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Instant Video, iTunes, HBO go, and dozens of other streaming services. The app has a new search & discovery feature allowing users to find programming by genre.

Viewers can also use the app to choose from curated lists of content from editors. The show pages section has also been updated including a summary, feed, and watched apps tabs. Users can now add memes, gifs, video, for news articles to any of posts made using the application. The updated apps available for download right now.
